1. Pay-on-Success Guarantee
PDFly reserves the displayed wallet amount while an operation runs. The amount is captured only after processing succeeds and a valid output is available to download. If processing fails, the reservation is released and the available balance is restored.
If a completed charge is recorded but the output is corrupt or unavailable, contact support so we can review the operation and correct the charge where appropriate.
2. EU and UK Withdrawal Rights
Where EU or UK consumer withdrawal rules apply to a paid wallet purchase, you normally have 14 days from the contract date to notify us that you wish to withdraw. Completely unused paid top-ups are refundable during that period. Any unused paid portion of a partly used balance and the treatment of performed services are assessed under the applicable rules.
A completed operation or a clause in these policies alone does not automatically remove statutory rights. Where the law permits a charge for service supplied during the withdrawal period or an exception after full performance, the required information, express request or consent, and acknowledgement must have been provided. Without a valid exception, your rights remain intact.
For statutory withdrawal, reimbursement is made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, normally 14 days from your notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. Wallet credit is not imposed instead of a required monetary refund.
3. Billing Errors and Credit Adjustments
Contact us about duplicate monetary charges, incorrect wallet deductions, or a charged output that cannot be downloaded. We review the transaction or operation record and arrange an appropriate correction or refund.
Promotional and administrative test credits are not money paid by you and have no cash refund value. Their correction does not constitute reimbursement of a card transaction.
4. Completed Operations and Mandatory Rights
A change of preference, choosing the wrong source file, or selecting the wrong settings does not by itself establish a service defect. We review requests against this policy and applicable law.
Nothing here limits statutory remedies for a faulty or misdescribed service. The 14-day withdrawal period is not a blanket deadline for reporting every billing error or exercising other consumer rights.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email help@pdfly.tech with your account email, transaction date, amount or receipt, relevant operation ID, and a short explanation. For withdrawal, a clear statement that you wish to withdraw is sufficient; no reason is required. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, or card security codes.
We aim to assess ordinary billing requests within 3–5 business days. This target does not extend a mandatory refund deadline. Approved monetary refunds use the original payment method; an alternative wallet adjustment requires your agreement where a monetary refund is required.
